Our Story
Sweet Adeline's is a home baking business dedicated to making delicious, homemade treats that remind you of coming home to the smell of freshly baked cookies and simple yet scrumptious desserts mom made, but with flavors and touches that bring them into 2023.

Erin is the founder and baker of Sweet Adeline's, and she started this endeavor while pursuing a degree in Baking & Pastry in 2017. This endeavor is her dream of bringing people together through sweet treats brought to life.

Although Sweet Adeline's story is just beginning, there is already a bit of history in our name. Erin, at the ripe, old age of 21, was often referred to as an old lady or a grandma, so it made sense to name the bakery with a vintage name. Unbeknownst to her, Adeline was her late grandmother's middle name; Adeline is also the street on which Erin grew up and learned to bake. When everything fell into place, Sweet Adeline's fit perfectly.
